On December 13, 2025, the "Seminar on Cultural Industries and Civilizational Innovation & Inaugural Meeting of the China Creativity Society's Cultural and Creative Industries Professional Committee" was held at the City University of Macau.

This event was organized by the China Creativity Society and hosted by the University's Institute of Cultural Tourism Industry and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Relevant leaders from departments including the Education and Youth Affairs Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao S.A.R. and the Student Affairs Department of the Macao S.A.R. Government's Education and Youth Development Bureau attended the meeting.
